I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. There were mosquitoes in the lobby, and I ended up getting a fever from the bites. The pool was “under maintenance” during my entire four-day stay, which was very disappointing. I also visited the spa and asked the staff for assistance with the steam room. They turned it on for just 10 minutes, and when I politely asked if they could extend the time, they seemed annoyed and only kept it on for five more minutes. The worst part, however, was when rainwater leaked through the ceiling and flooded our bathroom. When we requested a room change, the staff took an unreasonably long time to respond, even after I explained that I was with my elderly mother and she was exhausted. When I went down to follow up, I found the staff casually chatting and clearly not prioritizing our issue. Overall, I felt completely neglected as a guest. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel.

Service was phenomenal throughout. From Teresa at check in to Jose Luis at the Fontana Restaurant, we were always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff at the Premium Level lounge was always welcoming and timely with any requests. There were lots of must see places within walking distance (Palacio de Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, Angel de la Independencia). We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

This hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly. I would recommend staying here. My husband had a wonderful time. The pool was great, Restaurant was exceptional, the couples spa was relaxing and professional. Somehow they knew my birthday and sent a surprise cake to our room. Very thoughtful.
