The air conditioning kept shutting off. A key card has to be left in the slot to keep the power on. 3 key cards should be printed to leave on in the slot. Beds are not comfortable. Sheets were rough. The bedrooms need to be updated. We were traveling with 4 other family members and they all had their own rooms. Each one of them had an issue with their rooms. Like the shower flooding. AC would not go below 23.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing! We enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect, close to everything. Add the buffet to your stay, lots of options even for the pickiest eater. My 8 and 18 yr loved their stay.

Excellent stay!

This is a huge hotel with excellence service. You can walk around the hotel street and you can also walk to the city center which it is around a 25 mins walk, but there are plenty of other transportation around. The room is big (for a hotel room) and comfortable. Service was really good in general, including front desk and transportation. The gym has a lot of equipment, the pool is good but water was too cold for my taste. Also, we added breakfast and it has good options for everybody. The best part of the breakfast is that it is open up to 12:00pm. Additionally, they provided excellent service when we left our passports in the room safe and had to come back from the airport to get them. We will definitely stay here again.

The area was beautiful and very close to many restaurants and street food venders. The staff was very kind and although we did not speak very good Spanish, they did there best to speak English. The only downside was the pool being closed for 3 of our 7 day stay.

Desafortunadamente ellos no tienen una buena comunicación, cuando hicimos el check in nos dieron el horario de la piscina, cuando nosotros íbamos para la piscina nos dimos cuenta que estaba cerrada por renovación y nosotros justamente nos quedamos aquí por hacer uso de ella. Definitivamente nadie nos dijo nada todo lo contrario cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron hasta el horario que estaba abierta. Los domingos cierran la calle principal para que las personas locales salgan a correr o bicicletas entonces ningún taxi puede recogerte en el hotel.

A/C didn’t cool at all Shower drain did not flow as it should’ve water flowed out of the shower into the rest of the restroom. One piece of luggage was lost too about 30 min to locate it.

The location is great not too far from the activities and the rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The gym was a nice set up, also the pool was relaxing.
