One the best hotel in Mexico City. Front desk was helpful Jesus was very professional.

great location, clean and very friendly staff. walking distance to centro historico, bellas artes and torre latino. will stay there again

Firts time of bad service

I am very disapointed this time, when I arrived I ask for upgrade, the lady in frondesk did no check, just said is no room available, them another guess ask the same question, the duy whoa was attending them went to check and the gues got upgrate, is the first time also the lay was very rude tin her maners
