This new apartment is one of our many units in this new building. (We have more options here with different prices)
Excellent neighborhood and minutes from the Condesa, Roma and Polanco areas.

Great location and professionally managed. Close to local shops and restaurants, there is a 24 hour convenience store next door

We have new televisions, appliances, etc.

Apartment in a closed building ideal for long and short stays.

Due to the thickness of the building's walls, Wi-Fi works very well on most devices; on some devices with different antennas; Wi-Fi signal may not reach rooms

Close to all points of interest
Easy access to metro and bus stations
Close to "Parque delta" a shopping center with all kinds of shops, groceries, banks and cinemas just 10 minutes walk away.
There is an oxxo (24 hour convenient store) on the ground floor for all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.
The host is really attentive and responds very quickly! always interested in doing a better hosting job and with great recommendations!
I highly recommend anyone visiting Mexico for either short term or long term rentals!
The new building is in excellent condition, the elevator is always available, and everything is super clean and spotless.
Prime location. With 3 dollars you get to Polanco, Condesa, Rome, historic center, etc.
For your safety, there is no gas installation in the entire building,everything is electric
Optional parking with additional charge (very los availability)
The neighborhood is great, central, in an excellent area of the city, close to restaurants, business centers and tourist areas, cafes and parks
You can walk or bike everywhere since the area is very well connected, if you do not like to do those things, there is a bus station in front of the property and the subway or metro 3 blocks away, also available forTransportation Cabify, Uber, Taxi, etc.

The Local Mexican Experience in CDMX

I really wanted to experience the CDMX for the first time and this stay accomplished just that. You truly don't have to venture out too far as all your needs will be met by all the local businesses in the vicinity. My favorite local businesses were the food providers both street and restaurants, these were on par with or surpassed the popular tourist locations that are over crowed and overhyped. If you are planning to be a busybody then keep reading... The property was conveniently located near the Bus and Subway stops, which made it possible to venture out and explore the city. GET a Metro Card and load it up - avoid the ticket stubs as those only work for the subway. BE AWARE: Here are some real impressions so you make sure you pick the right for your vacay. This neighborhood consists of people that live here so you will need to be mindful of your hours. If you are a person that must have AC to live this isn't the spot for you, as a fan and an open window is your best bet to cool down. I stopped depending on my AC for over a year in preparation for this trip so this was not a deal breaker. NOTE: Opening a window also comes with a warning - rain - and noise complaints. So if you are a loud person this isn't the spot for you. Again act as if you live here and be mindful of your neighbors. Chao.

Good Location

Rental great for business work. Good location not far from mall and decent places too eat. Owner very nice and checks upon you often. For the price it’s an excellent choice!!!

Great location close to everything!

Mayer’s place is everything as described and pictured. This apartment is located in a great neighborhood with all the amenities and grocery stores nearby. There is even an Oxxo next door. Uber is readily available in the area and everything is just a short distance away. Mayer is also very helpful and accommodating as he brought us a fan and extra pillows upon request. He really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Definitely recommend staying in his place.

A very nice experience

The whole time I was at this property I felt like I lived there. It was very clean and remodeled very well. The building gave me a sense of solitude and safety. I was by myself and it was very quiet. There was not much sound from others in the building, nor from outside. The neighborhood is fun. There are a lot of restaurants and a few bars. Several bars are less than 100 yards away so you can walk to them. There is also a really good torta stand on the corner (200 ft) that operates in the evening and it is really cheap for a lot of good food. The OXXO is literally right next door for convenience, pun intended. All in all, I would rent this property again. Sr. Mayer was a great host

Genial! Great! Mayer is an excellent host!

El departamento es completamente nuevo, muy bonito, comodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Esta cerca al metrobus y trolebus. Hay un oxxo, un mercado y un super bien cerca al departamento. Tambien lugares para desayunar y cenar. El departamento esta bien y seguro. Mayer es super amable y buena persona. The apartment completely new, pretty, comfortable, clean, and is in a good location. It is near a metrobus and trolebus. There is an Oxxo, a traditional market, and two supermarkets within walking distance. Also; within walking distance, there are several places to eat. The apartment is nice and safe. Mayer is a great host.
