There was a huge line to check in. It took about 30 minutes. Only 3 people at the front desk. Not the 1st time I have a long wait there. Seems like the hotel should know that at times they need more personnel up front.

There’s no A/C working, the line up at reception was easily 40 min just to check in, asked for a fan to be dropped off in the room do to their lack of a/c and they wouldn’t drop it off unless we were in the room to receive it took over 45 min to receive it. We have stayed here before and was so disappointed in the atmosphere and service this time around

Room are very small and the desk also, which make it difficult to work. I was expecting much better from this hotel. This is not really something you can change as the building is built this way. The reception and restaurant are very nice and big, but the room are just so small and the desk is really small and of poor quality. There is also not much to do at all in this area.
