Better marketing is lacking. Friends told me about a restaurant with pedestrian access and the there is no clear indication or marketing of the restaurant.

I would like to make some comments in regards the use of meeting rooms at your business center.
I need a meeting room for four people, from 2pm to 4pm.
There is a cost per hour of $60 - Canadian dollars.
I requested if it could be possible to avoid the cost of the meeting room, if in exchange, I consume food and beverages for the two hours my guests will be there.
It is also worthy to consider that I have spend 7 nights at the hotel and the business center is almost empty all the time.
When I explained to the person in charge of the business center, she said that they close at 3pm and all expenses are separated, so consuming food at Camino Real, is different to pay business center at Camino Real.
Anyway, I consider that for a client that has spend around a $1000 dollars in nights and food, it would be worth it to make some exceptions. Especially for $60 or $120 dollars and when the business center is almost always empty.

This is a historically prestigious chain that should not allow such a deterioration in a property. Chipped walls and wood, aging interior design, poor room cleaning in both bathroom and desks. Very outdated and in need of an update badly. Reflects badly on the chain. Personnel was excellent. And the winner their tortilla soup, an excellent dish in the Camino Real tradition. The major convenience: connected to the airport with a bridge, you get there walking in a minute!
