Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Very decent hostel for the price
Pros:
-Clean
-Centric location
-Afordable
-Cozy
-Quiet
-Secure
Cons:
-Tiny toilets
-Not 24 hour reception
-Competely empty vending machine
One would expect a much better service from a more expensive hostel, but given the price they charge, I think the service is great.
I loved the sleeping capsules and how private they are. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The down fall is the lack of ventilation and it smelled bad in the room. There was only 3 toilets shared amongst everyone and they where not clean. The shower on the other hand was amazing and clean. The location is perfect. I really like the area.

Nice experience.
It was alright.
Most of the staff is nice and friendly (some all the opposite unfortunately).
The hostel is always clean and cozy.
The accommodations are comfy too. Privacy is even better than expected.
A bit of trouble with the showers (only 2 are currently working) and the hostel is under maintenance so there are workers on the job since 8am so you have to wake up around that time unless you’re a heavy sleeper.
But the breakfast is okay and the area is very nice. Close to subway and buses and plenty of restaurants, malls, stores, museums, sightings and more. So it’s mostly worth it.
I guess I never had a chance to be in a Hostel - my first time as a mature adult - in Fact, I was a bit concern about staying here, since, this is more for the young-back-packers kind of travelers... We'll I did anyways.....
I must I was pleasantly surprised... nice people, extremely clean, and very... Very... VERY Safe, I asked them to keep my bag and my laptop safe... they did a great job....
I highly recommend ANYONE to stay here... I'm 55 - I stayed at the Marriott the week before and this hostel after... The only think I missed was the TV. But my wallet loved it....
So in Conclusion.....
If an old fart can be comfortable.... you can too..
This is my second stay here and I really enjoy it. The staff is friendly, understanding, and overall very accommodating. They have a nice little restaurant next door which is where you get your free breakdfast. Pressed grilled cheeses with ham, option of coffee or tea and of fruit of juice. You can upgrade to a more traditional and filling Mexican breakfast for a small amount. Bathrooms and showers are not fancy but functional and the area is very nice and walkable. Would stay here again and very much so recommend it.
Excellent place to stay at one of the most underrated neighborhoods in the city, the personnel working is super friendly and is always willing to help.
The rooms are quiet unless there’s big time noise in the hallway. Confortable capsule beds with linnings and conforter. The downside is that the showers are in a different floor right in the lobby, though worth mentioning the water is warm!
Nice terrace in the 2nd floor and free breakfast in the joint restaurant.
Downtown is nearby, as well as popular Zona Rosa neighborhood and Reforma Avenue, all within walking distance (though public transport makes things easier!).
Overall it’s a pretty nice stay!
One of the best value hostels I've ever stayed in. Staff service was above and beyond what I expected and there was always someone available to accommodate guest needs and to offer recommendations for nearby attractions/stores. I enjoyed the private nature of the bunk beds and each unit had its own personal locker. Bathrooms were the only reason why I didn't provide perfect scores (showers only had cold water one day). The bedrooms were always clean. The location is second to none however, as it was within walking distance to the Paseo de Reforma, Metro stations, and bars/restaurant/retail. Overall, I would definitely come back and will recommend to friends.
