We have a super practical and comfortable room for your stay in CDMX.
It is ideal for digital nomads or tourists who want to be in a super central place to get to know the city.

The room has a double bed, a private bathroom, and a desk to work on.

Additionally, in the common spaces, we have a huge terrace to relax for a while.

Perfect for long stays

The Space:
It is a beautiful Colonial house in Roma Sur, a couple of blocks from the Chilpancingo metro.

In the common areas that you can use, we have a refrigerator and microwave (for safety we do not have a stove). We also have a dining room.

On the second floor, we have a large terrace for common use; with tables, chairs, hammock, and grill.

We also have a washing machine and a hanging area.

In the house, we have four rooms, each with a private bathroom, which makes the space a dynamic place full of good energy from travelers. However, we want all guests to be respectful of the silent hours (starting at 8 pm) and we are in charge of organizing and keeping the space clean so that harmony reigns in the house.

Guest Access:
You’re welcome to enjoy all the shared common areas with other guests, and you’ll have your own private room and bathroom just for yourself.

The Neighborhood:
Our place is located in a central area, perfect for exploring everything the city has to offer. Just steps away, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Great location, comfort, and everything within reach!

Getting Around:
We’re very well connected to public transportation—both the metro and Metrobús are nearby, making it easy to get anywhere.

Other Things to Note:
Our space is ideal for those looking for a comfortable place to work from home while enjoying a vibrant, central neighborhood. You'll be perfectly located to explore, relax, and make the most of the city.

Important notes:

We do not allow pets.
Weekly cleaning is provided for private areas.
Guests are kindly asked to clean up after themselves and keep shared spaces tidy.
For everyone’s safety, we have security cameras in common areas.
No outside visitors are allowed.
