The staff barely understands English.The front desk isn't attended to. Breakfast was pretty decent. They claim to have restaurant service all day but the cook is MIA. The hotel in itself is nice and clean, however There's a strong fish order in the hotel because there's a fish market behind the hotel. The neighborhood is ghetto and dirty. I wouldn't go out at night. We got 1 small bottle of water. I asked if I could get another bottle and she said NO but pointed me to a water dispenser. Daniel, however was GREAT and helpful. He's over qualified to be there. We stayed only one night and quickly checked out to go to the courtyard Marriott at the airport. Service and amenities were next level top tier with plenty of bottled water and English speaking staff. Saul was outstanding

Not really convenient distance to hotel transportation info deceiving its only one way shuttle no food places really in the area and lots of traffic to get just out of hotel road lost 15 mins just getting out of parking lot pay a bit more and get more

I got this hotel for the transportation to the airport. They couldn't pick me up in the airport. I made a reservation so they can take me to the airport and everything was ok until the day I left. they didn't take me to the airport. It was rather costly, during a busy time, around $300. CDN. The taxi drivers got lost getting there a few times. As a woman alone, I didn't feel safe in the hallways because of all the working men staying there. The staff were nice and helpful - mostly Spanish speaking. The room was clean but there was nowhere to make a cup of tea or have a snack (other than a junkfood machine). You get a view of a huge loading dock out the window. They said there was a fitness room, but as a woman I would not go in there by myself. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and the staff were efficient and helpful.
