The reason I stayed was because they have a mini fridge. Mini fridge was not functioning. After my stay I noticed I was charged twice and when I called to figure this out since it was a charge from them. I got hung up on over 10 times.

The reason I picked this hotel was because they offer transportation to and from the airport. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any availability for either and when talking with management, I found out they only have one car/van and it can only be reserved by one room at a time. I will recommend staying closer to airport or spend a bit more on other options since transportation is not only not guaranteed but difficult to even schedule it!

Información falsa sobre servicio de traslado

Teniamos un vuelo que llegaba en la madrugada por lo que buscamos especificamente un hotel que ofreciera el servicio de traslado, revise vien las especificaciones que tiene el hotel acerca de este servicio. Al llegar a CDMX la recepcionista que contesto nos dijo que ellps no ofrecian el servicio de traslado de aeropuerto-hotel y que unicamente ofrecian hotel-aeropuerto, es información falsa por lo que reporte lo acontecido a Hotels.com quienes tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. Agendamos un uber para poder llegar que por la hora nos salio a un costo elevado, el hotel apesta a pescado y toda la zona no es turistica ni segura, no es posible caminar a ningun lado y sentirse seguro, el desayuno es sumamente basico
