We wanted a safe area close to the embassy of our country of origin. We found this place by reference from other people dril our country that were staying there. The staff was great, the area very safe with lots of dining options.

Good location, old building, NO A/C, I need A/C to feel comfortable, room Was warm during the day and at night. I opened the windows and it was noisy and my allergies came up. Breakfast was ok . 👌 didn’t like it at all.

Perfect place to stay in the city

This place was on an excellent location. Quite street not tho many cars with lots of fun restaurants. It is a good size of apartment with a big balcony. Nice breakfast and appetizer during the day. So close to the Venezuelan consulate and so many good stores. Safe aerea, we walk everywhere. The people in the front desk were amazing and very helpful. We recommend it.

I arrived at the hotel and the one at the reception told me that they were over-sold and that we had NO room ... that's why I had to make another reservation with you. The hotel is very bad and dirty.

Buyer beware, overbooking and horrible service!!!!

Beware, they overbooked the hotel, heard customers staying complaining at full volume about workers at the rooms and not having hot water, then another complaining they had been sent to alternate address that did not exist. Lobby is under construction and in no way ready for customers. Made me fill out documents, sign contracts take copies of my ID and credit card information only to say oops, there's no rooms. I told her to be sure after hearing the previous customer complaining. The one that started taking my information just stood up and left , leaving a lady there to "solve the situation" VERY SKETCHY" Not professional at all buyer beware and were left stranded trying to find a Hotel. 2 more customers arrived after me, same problem with NO help or solution.
