The building has an antique gate that closes at night and surveillance cameras. Access to the apartment is by an antique staircase (no elevator) and a smart lock is used for .the apartment

Other Things to Note:
There is no elevator. On weekends there is music in the Parque de la Ciudadela and, for those who seek silence, it may seem noisy. There is no parking, but there is a parking lot a block and a half from the building.
