Rest in the comfortable space of your queen-size bed, with Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and 2.5 bathrooms at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Guest access
Upon arrival, the front door entry code will be provided to you. Digital pad key entrance to lofts will be the last four digits of cell number. Front door entry to the building will have the last six digits programmed for use.

Cancellation Policy
- 48 hrs or less before check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount
- More than 48 hrs, and 30 days or less before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.

Additional Fees
- Late check out (until 12 pm) will be charged a 20 dollars fee
- After 12 pm will be charged 89 dlls fee for one bedroom loft anda 99 dollars fee for two bedrooms loft
- 3.5% commission applies to the card payment terminal
