Room was OK It’s NOT a hotel. So no hotel service or amenities. There is on site parking. However, the person who checks you in has to walk down the parking garage ramp, open it for you, and show you where to park. Only ONE person working the place. The person at the main entrance would not let me in the building because I didn’t know the name of who I had to see to check in. It was so ridiculous. Apparently same building is residential and hotel. No food or places to have dinner. Next to an abandoned comercial plaza. Not a nice area. In the US this place would not pass a building inspection. There are much better places to stay at not to far from this one.

Doors, handles and other areas were dirty. There were stains in the sheets... The tub was not functioning properly, the water will drain very slow, the dirty water was accumulated a lot... discusting! No "do not disturb" sing for the door. I couldn't get hold of any one by phone, I had a late check in due to problems with the taxi. The receptionist was very kind.

HOTEL ABANDONADO

Horrible, llegue y los de vigilancia me dirigieron a la recepción. La recepción estaba toda apagada y no había nadie. Los de vigilancia no sabían qué hacer, y no hubo nadie que me pudiera dar mi cuarto y llame al numero del hotel y nadie me contestaba. PESIMO SERVICIO y espero que me devuelvan MI DINERO QUE YA HABIA PAGADO.
