You Get What You Pay For!! I’ll start with the good. The location truly can’t be beat. You’re surrounded by plenty of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and it’s close to public transit, which made getting around the city very convenient. For accessibility and things to do nearby, this hotel definitely delivers.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel itself is extremely dated and in serious need of upgrades. The bed and couch were both hard as a rock, making it difficult to get comfortable after a long day. There was only one operable elevator during my stay, and it held maybe 6–8 people at most, which meant long waits just to get to and from my room.
The biggest disappointment, though, was the staff. They weren’t particularly helpful, and when I tried to change hotels, I was told nothing could be done because I had already “checked in.” That left me stuck for the duration of my stay.
All in all, I made it work, but as the review starts —you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for convenience and don’t mind sacrificing comfort, it might be fine. Otherwise, I’d recommend exploring other options.
