Excellent location to airport, excellent pick up and return transportation to the airport. Staff was always helpful and friendly, the interior grounds were very pleasant and peaceful.

Great airport stay. Room was clean and nice. I didn’t go out into the neighborhood as I was traveling alone. Restaurant onsite was nice. I sat in the courtyard in the morning. So, just being in the property, it was nice. Airport shuttle is great! Get in line so you get a spot. Easy to fine the office at the airport and all the staff was super nice. I don’t speak Spanish and it wasn’t an issue. Everyone was able to speak English enough to get what I needed.

Useful hotel right by the airport. Free transfers from the terminals if you locate the Fiesta Inn kiosk, usually a transfer arrives within half an hour which saves the $600MX they try to charge you at the taxi ranks. Staff are friendly and helpful, when our A/C was not providing any heat, they gave us a portable heater which was very kind. Food is slightly expensive in the restaurant, there is a Wings next door but again, slightly on the pricey side for Mexico City. Didn't have time to venture anywhere within the local area, may be cheaper food options around.
