I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn Centro Histórico and had an overall average experience. The location is very convenient, with good access to transportation, shopping, and dining options, making it easy to explore the city. The area around the hotel felt safe and walkable, which was a definite plus. In terms of cleanliness, I found the hotel to be well-maintained, with a solid 4-star rating in this aspect. The rooms and common areas were generally clean and comfortable. However, staff and service were a bit underwhelming, deserving only an average rating. While they were professional, there was nothing particularly outstanding about the service, and I felt it could have been more welcoming or attentive. A major downside was the property condition and facilities, which I also rated as average. The walls were extremely thin, to the point where I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms—conversations, people using the bathroom, and even their TVs as if they were in my own room. This made it difficult to rest properly, and I think soundproofing improvements are essential for a better guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for those looking for a well-located place to stay in Mexico City, but there’s definitely room for improvement, particularly in noise insulation and service quality. Would I stay here again? Possibly, if location is my priority, but I’d explore other options first.

This is the second time I stayed in this place because of its location. You can walk to many beautiful historical areas, tons of restaurants and activities. Public transportation is close and convenient. The furniture and bathrooma are just basic and need an upgrade, specially the bathroom. Towels are super old they only provided 2 towels per day for 2 people.

After switching hotel from another to this one, me and my family can’t say enough good about this place. Joel and his team were top notch, housekeeping was super detailed and consistent, breakfast was well rounded and really good, everything was with walking distance. Plan on staying here again.

This was my second stay at this property and I was extremely satisfied. The location is perfect to wander around the centro histórico especially as a solo traveler. As soon as I checked in, I walked to Casa de los Azulejos effortlessly and took all the sights and sounds of this vibrant city.The room was spotless and in a perfect location on the first floor. I loved the buffet breakfast and the options available to start the day fully satisfied. More than anything the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I had an issue with my sink and it was taken care off immediately. I love having a great bookstore at the first level as well as multiple shops and the vibrancy of so many people having meals at the main entrance. This hotel fits all my needs. Look no further, this could be your place in CDMX.

I loved so many things about this hotel it's hard to lost them all. The rooms are super clean and spacious the water was hot in shower and the location of this place is spectacular to say the least! Directly across the street there was so many food stands and arts and crafts and anything else you want. They stay open late and it felt safe to walk around even at night as there is so many people. I loved that there was a casino above the hotel! We spent a couple of hours there it was fun. This place is located inside a shopping center so you also have lots of food and shopping there even Starbucks. I would love to stay here again.
