Beautiful hotel! Very clean. Staff was great. La Terraca is beautiful , you get a great view of the Palacio and the Cathredal . Don’t forget to ask about the VIP lounge that’s open to all, for your free drinks and snacks. . Only downfall , you can hear the music from the street and you’ll be up early with the noise.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Very clean and well maintained. Amazing staff. Right in the heart of Zocalo. Most sites are walking distance. One must experience this hotel which also has a terrace overlooking the Zocalo!

United Airlines messed up and forgot our luggage so coming to a hotel right next to the center, with all the basic toiletries in our room, and great manners from all staff upon arrival was a wonderful experience.
