The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The room had a full sized refrigerator, a coffee maker, cook top and microwave plus a full set of dishes. One thing to note is that it is located on a very busy street and intersection so the traffic noise is very loud at times.

The front desk was wonderful and staffed 24 hours a day. We also loved our terrace. We could watch the world from above. The rooms were clean and spacious when we closed our sliding glass door it was amazingly quiet in the room.

The staff was wonderful! They were very accommodating and friendly, able to watch our luggage prior to check in and after check out so we could explore the city freely. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was a nice amenity to have. The staff was able to recommend places for breakfast and direct us to any close by monuments. Location is wonderful, only a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station and right next to an Oxxo. Prior to check out, the staff helped arrange a taxi to transport my family and I back to the airport. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Let me start by saying that the two stars are dedicated to the staff, because they were always super helpful and really friendly. If this review were only about them, I would have given them 5 stars. Easy to communicate with in English! But this is where my happiness ends! The bathroom: Overall okay, but the toiletseat was so annoying. The lid was not able to stay up, so every time you had to sit down for your business, the lid was constantly on your back - not nice. Depending on the tima a day, there was no hot water. Also, the light in there made it difficult to see what you were doing when shaving. The kitchen: It was nice have the opportunity to make a light meal there, but the design was so off. There is no cooker hood above the stove. Instead, you find the smokedetector more or less above it... So when I was cooking, I activated the fire alarm... I was also missing a proper knife for cutting vegetables and a bread knife. The noise! The walls are super thin, and you can hear everything, even what people across the hallway are doing. The door is made of plastic, and you can't close it without making a noise because of the design of the door lock, btw. You can't lock the door from the inside with an extra lock, so if someone else has a card, they can get in. It was so cold! There is no heating in the rooms, and one night the temperature was down to 8 degrees Celsius, and I had to sleep with socks and clothing on. The fitness room was also super cold!

The staff are nice and accomodating, the room was really big, the smart TV is exceptional. However, there is this weird beam near the bed by the main window, it is just shorter than 6 feet. I hit by head on it a few times. I think for some reason the garbage bin was much too small. Overall it was a good stay (made more fun by the earthquake 😆)

The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel needs some tlc. Hotel needs to be more prepared in case of an Emergency, we were there during Sismo and there weren’t helpful at all. No information were given to the guests during the Sismo.

This room has all the amenities for a long/short stay. I really liked that it’s located in a main Blvd. and in a good area (Roma, close to Polanco which is the high end area). I loved that the sheets smelled fresh, the towels were soft, pillows fluffy and room was clean. The only downfall is that the bed was too firm, while I enjoyed everything else about this hotel, I wish I got a better sleep. My other guest did not complain about the bed, everyone’s preference is different. The suite we had had a full kitchen and dishes.
