The staff were very helpful in getting us from the hotel to destinations. They were also very helpful with anything requested. Room was not cleaned very well and there were no cups to make tea.

The hotel was nice thankfully the front desk staff spoke English which was fantastic, more outlets by the bed is needed, otherwise great stay, id stayed there again if ever visit Mexico again
