Loves staying here, much better then some hotels in the USA; You get a light breakfast included, free bottled water in the lobbies and the most attentive staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The only negative for me was that internet was weak ( 5th floor ) but, it could be my carrier, either way that was the most frustrating part. I was out an about most of the time so had service outside. Other than that it was close to perfect.

The hotel is amazing. We booked through Expedia and had VIP access. This meant that we had access to the Cafe 24/7. They serve salads, soups, sandwiches, coffee, soda, among other snacks. The food was good. Breakfast is a la carte but with a small variety of food and small portions. The staff went above and beyond and were absolutely the best! We rented a car and the guys helped us park the car, had it ready every morning at the time we needed it. Everyone was great and made our stay amazing especially Elizabeth at the front desk, Victor and Ulises who were the bell boys. Magdiel was the sweetest most attentive waiter. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the zocalo and a 10-15 minute to the Palace of Bellas Arte. At night you can find tons of street vendors. Great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.
