The room was comfortable, staff were helpful, and the public spaces were well maintained. The location is excellent; an easy walk to Alameda Central and to the Zocalo. The Plaza Revolucion area is cool too.

The breakfast service was very poor and the food was below average. When I read the reviews, people said breakfast was great, it wasn't, not even close. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 pieces of toast and 4 small slices of papaya and melon or juice, there was no other option. I paid extra and got 2 scrambled eggs and spoon full of beans with 2 tortilla chips (yes, 2). I had to request napkins, silverware and had to ask that previously used silverware be removed from my table as the lady thought it was mine. When i requested milk for my coffee I was told that I could only get one very small cup even though I was going to pay for it. My concerns were addressed to management for what it's worth. I am a good-breakfast-and-coffee person and for this reason I wouldn't stay there again.
