I really liked the atmosphere in the hotel: good service, friendly and helpful staff. I booked twice in a period of ten days because is a clean hotel. Very good location near to the Zocalo and many other places my daughter and I explored.

The location is great, staffs are kind, hotel is chic and clean. But the vanity faucet is very weak with slow water flowing. The shower head splashs too wide. Beside these, the hotel is very good.
