The room didn't have a shower door no coffee makers. No containers for ice. Toi noisy. I couldn't sleep. . I called front desk to switch ne to a different room. They did. So much better. I wont never book in this hotel again. It saidv20 minutes fron the airport is like 50 mnts. I waited 2 hrs to be picked up .bad service. I called the hotel like 20 times and they hung up. Never again. They didn't clean my room. Cuz they were busy not enough personal cleaning.

Loved being there! Clean areas, friendly staff. They picked me up from and dropped me at the airport and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have a transportation service for concerts at the gnp stadium or sports palace, I chose this place for that option and they dropped me at the venue and then picked me up when the show was over. Totally worth it!
