The hotel is cute, good location. The shower located by the main room door I didn’t like it. The room was very small so if someone is planning on spending time at the room it isnt the best for that then. The staff were really nice, provided a good service.

Very beautiful and local. Everything is at a walking distance. There is no parking available from what I am aware of. The price was reasonable for the amenities that it includes. The rooms have no AC only a fan and a openable window. It is normal since there is great climate in Mexico City (depending on the month of your stay). Other than that, it is very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Montserrat was our go to person. She is very nice and friendly. Thank you Hotel MX Condesa for a great stay!

It is a good value for the price. Location is good with a lot of restaurants in walkable distance. The rooms are too small ans lacking basic ammenities like a desk. The rooms are also very noisy most of the day.

Clean and comfortable bed, but It does not have parking and elevator. It is quite noisy and the bedroom doesn't have fridge or tea maker.

Front desk receptionist staff was not friendly. Not welcoming act as if we were bothering with questions. Other staff were nice. Unfortunately the room is very small not for 3 adults. Do not book if you want some sort of privacy as bathroom is right in front of the beds. You can hear and smell everything. Room was hot and muggy no air conditioning. The ceiling fan did help but not very much. Just a room to sleep in.
