You wonât find a better place in Ciudad de Mexico
Our week long stay in this charming, antique filled apartment made the whole visit that much more special. Comfortable bed. Great shower. And walls made from stones from the Templo Mayor. What more could you ask for? We also loved using the EcoBici bikes right out the front door for getting around town.
Location is great and is easy walk to the square, Cathedral, Temple Mayor, restaurants, bakeries, coffee, etc. Loved our stay here. Only two negatives, no AC, humidity was high when there, and hard to sleep. Fans provided very noisy to run to try to cool and bed is extreme,y hard, rock hard.
Book this place if you are looking for a wonderful getaway for adults. It is beautifully appointed and is the most perfectly situated property for access to all of the excitement in Mexico City. It feels ever so safe and comfortable, but literally has you out the door to a sensory feast of wonder! There are the Temple Mayor ruins, the Cathedral, the Zocalo, markets, cantinas, taquerias, upscale shopping and dining opportunities. You are just across from a delicious breakfast and coffee place called Bisquets Obregon. Do yourself a favor and patronize their establishment. The property is quiet inside, clean, and inviting. The rooftop terrace, open from 10am until 6pm is exquisite and offers grand, beautiful vistas with a cozy setup for coffee or wine or just a lovely experience. We arrived late at night without a problem, and we loved our stay. The walk to the train (which is easy to navigate) takes less than 10 minutes, and it is an easy 15 minute walk to Palacio de Bellas Artes which was glorious. We would book our room again without a moment's hesitation. This place is a gem.
