Staff was always available 24 hours a day. The place was clean and modern. I received a package a couple of days after I left. The staff held it for me. Awaited my instructions and handed it over to a friend a week later. Thanks.

Clean contemporary with a cute rooftop terrace and gym. No elevator so be prepared but that was not an issue. Wonderful staff very helpful. Super comfy bed and little kitchen but why cook in Mexico city?

The room was spacious and clean. It was also in a great location. Every thing in Roma was walking distance. Polanco, Condesa, Chapultepec, Centro Histórico were all a 20 minute Uber on average. The only thing i did not enjoy was that our room was on the first floor and connected to their office/storage room. You can hear people talking in the lobby area early in the mornings or late at night. However, i did not see an elevator so a downside to staying in a room on a upper floor would be needing to carry all your luggage up the stairs.

Kudos to Property Manager Erwin, and Head of Guest Services, Ingrid for their assistance and kindness each and every day. And extra kudos to the Security staff, Bere and Ale for their exceptional service managing the busy work at the front desk. The room was great, but I would recommend that there be a small 2-seater couch in the room instead of the beanbag chair.

The staff went above and beyond to accomodate my stay - the building doesn't have an elevator but we managed to host me in lower levels for my comfort. The location is excellent for visiting Mexico City for a couple of days. Didn't get a chance to check out the amenities, but it is a great plus. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The area is amazing and you’ll be able to easily walk into Roma Norte and Condesa. We stayed in the PH and while we didn’t use the patio a lot it was nice to have the natural light. I will say the only thing is the patio doesn’t feel as private as you might like as it’s only sectioned off by a moderate partition leading to the laundry room, gym and communal rooftop. BUT it’s still very very lovely. There’s a bit of noise from the neighbouring building - only to consider if you’re a light sleeper but they do provide earplugs. Loved the staff and they were wonderful about checking in, communication and storing our bags. We would absolutely return.

We stayed at ULIV Roma for about a week and had a great stay, all staff were extra friendly and accommodating, security was excellent, and they took extra steps to make our stay a lovely experience. The area is away from the busy part of Roma Norte, in a quieter area but with a ton of cafes, dining and cocktail options, we frequented many within a 1 or 2 block radius. It was very walkable to the main parts of Roma, Condessa, and several other areas, if you’re a walker. Ubers from the hotel to further areas was easy and inexpensive. Our room was nice & a good size, I didn’t see when booking that housekeeping was extra, but we didn’t spend much that time at the hotel, so we made do, and any extras we needed, like toilet paper etc, they provided. We could have used a few more towels but we didn’t ask. All in all an amazing price and stay, and I highly recommend.

Place and location were fantastic. Studio was clean and spacious. I was on the top floor so laundry, some weights and the terrace was outside my door. Staff is great. Even when my digital locking system needed rebooting they were there to help immediately Highly recommend
