The room was very clean. The only thing is that the HVAC systTem was not working properly. But that was not so much of a problem. Also there television does not get any reception. So bring a good book. The staff was very attentive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand-new hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The service was truly on point—every staff member I encountered was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with modern amenities and a fresh, stylish ambiance that adds to the comfort. The only minor downside was its location by a busy avenue, which made it a bit noisy at times. However, the exceptional service and pristine environment more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and a fresh, modern setting!

La idea de hospedarte en un Hotel Boutique, es atencion personalizada, confianza lejos de casa, comodidad y atenciones que una cadena buena o mala no darian. Nos gustó mucho el hotel, muy limpio y las habitaciones muy completas. Muy bien ubicado. El staff fue muy amable, en especial Ricardo. Nos hicieron el gran favor de darlos early check in ya que habíamos viajado de madrugada. Solo haría la observación que hagan algún ajuste en los canceles de la regadera ya que se sale mucho el agua.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Ubicuo a été excellent ! Le personnel a toujours été très gentil et aimable. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable, tout était en très bon état et l’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait. Je le recommande vivement !

Soy una persona que se fija mucho en los reviews o reseñas de los hoteles por qué ya me han tocado varios hoteles que engañan a los huéspedes especialmente aquellos que pertenecen a cadenas hoteleras y siendo los dueños Árabes o o de la India mostrando fotos que no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. En cuanto a este hotel tenía sólo una reseña y excelente así que me atreví a reservar. Y mis expectativas superaron la realidad. Hotel limpio en buena zona y personal amable y listo para ayudar. En cuanto a seguridad el área es muy segura en la propiedad no pueden entrar intrusos ya que la puerta principal está asegurada con un candado especial que únicamente pueden abrir los recepcionistas. En cuanto al ruido está ubicado en una zona tranquila donde dormirá tranquilamente. Ahora si no quiere escuchar algún que otro ruido reserve un hotel en la luna. Esté hotel está cerca de buenos restaurantes para todo tipo de presupuesto. Y dentro del círculo turístico de la Ciudad de México donde la seguridad está por encima de lo esperado. Ahora si quiere presumir de que se quedó en un hotel al lado del zócalo piénselo dos veces hay muchísima gente y vendedores donde no podrá dormir tranquilo. Este anuncio se lee como si estuviera pagado pero no lo escribió un turista que desea descansar como en su casa. Y aquí fue por tres días mi casa lejos de casa.

Excelente lugar personal atento y amable. Desayuno perfecto para comenzar el día. Localizado en un lugar seguro sin mucha gentrificación. Cerca de todos los lugares turísticos para conocer. Ideal para matrimonios sin hijos. Al momento en que quería hacer una reservación tenía mis dudas ya que no había reseñas para este tipo de hotel pero mis expectativas fueron mejores de lo que me imaginaba. De echo quise rentar en el hotel que está al lado del Zócalo y le doy gracias a Dios que no lo hice por que hay demasiada gente y vendedores ambulantes y no se disfruta una tarde agradable. En este hotel al salir a dos cuadras está el paseo de la reforma donde encontrarás restaurantes para todo tipo de presupuestos. Lo recomiendo al 100 por ciento. Además si tienes preguntas el personal es muy atento y amable y te recomendarán a dónde ir donde comer y qué transporte tomar.

Excelente atención, habitaciones super bonitas como un depa, hay refri con bebidas gratis (al menos no me las cobraron), el problema es que No hay estacionamiento. Las almohadas tampoco son cómodas, pero fuera de eso la atención es mucho mejor que en cualquier otro lugar, realmente nos trataron muy bien
