Air conditioning in all the rooms. Hot water 24/7. Parking for 1 car. Security access. The beach is 10 minutes away by car. You have Walmart and La Comer (supermarkets) at 5 min, La Isla is 15 min. drive and you will find restaurants, Liverpool, Sears. Barra Vieja 30 minutes by car.
