Great hotel location with easy access to fabulous restaurants and nearby park and attractions. The hotel room was quite spacious for a girls trip. The hotel staff was attentive and pleasurable. They ensured we were supported during our stay. Nice hotel and safe area.

Room was clean. Largish room and staff were friendly. - great gym - clean enough room The hotel is very dated and in need of a refresh - lifts are slow and bouncy - room design is terrible, no privacy to the bathroom/toilet/shower area and you can hear everything in the toilet. Which still manages to be a dark closet (same with the shower). The only window/view is from the bathroom not the bed so you have no privacy in the bathroom unless drawing a curtain in the bathroom and no view from the room… - tvs had no way to stream TV so you were stuck with whatever local Spanish channels with maybe some limited English. - room guide was confusing, had to call reception to explain what the dining/bar options are and was still confusing. Online information was hard to find. - very limited room service options - faint but strange foul odor in the hallway Overall the hotel is a reasonably clean, comfortable enough space but is a terrible design, lacks basic privacy in the bathroom. It is completely unsuitable for more than 1 person and in desperate need of a renovation. Its quality is not commensurate to the W brand or the price.
