It`s also walking distance from The Angel of Independence and 2.3km away from the Chapultepec Forest and the Anthropology museum. The location is close to the metrobus and city bikes.

Our charming apartment is located in Roma Norte in the heart of Mexico City. This property is conveniently located and offers easy access to various public transportation options, making it an ideal choice for residents and tourists alike.

The closest metro station is Metro Insurgentes, just a 15-minute walk away. From there, you can easily access other popular neighborhoods and attractions in Mexico City. The apartment is between the metrobus line that passes at Av. Cuauhtémoc and Insurgentes (Álvaro Obregón), both less than 10 minutes away on foot. You`ll be right between the Zócalo (15 min by car) and Polanco (20 min by car) in terms of location, allowing you to explore Mexico City more quickly and comfortably.

• The building has both, elevator and stairs, so you can adapt depending on your preference. The Main entrance has a few stairs up.

• Arriving early or leaving late? You can leave your luggage at the reception for free, just let me know in advance and I`ll take care of it (if you need Early check-in or Late check-out ask me for more details)!

• Traveling with a car? Although I don`t have a parking space to offer for this apartment, there`re two parking lots around the corner.
• Check-in from 3:00 pm & Check-out until 11:00 am (we offer flexible check-in and check-out options subject to availability and the payment of an additional fee).

• Self-check-in via Smart Lock, keyless and contactless, to enter your apartment. To enter the building there`s a guard 24/7 to grant you access.

• Hot water takes a solid 3-5 minutes to come out specially in winter since the piping tends to get cold.

• Smoking is strictly forbidden on all areas (including balconies).


• Parties aren’t permitted inside our apartments but don’t worry, you can still host visits of groups of up to two people during your stay. Just remember that any visitors (including staff) must present an ID upon entering the building. In case you need more invites, please contact the concierge for availability.


• Be a good neighbor: Bring down the noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.


• Building and common areas: Each building might have its specifications, contact our team for specific details, and opening hours in case you didn’t receive them before.


• Pet-friendly apartments: We know that pets are part of the family. Although not all units are pet-friendly, we are more than happy to have them as our guests in the ones that are. We charge an additional fee for the deep cleaning process after your check-out to ensure other guests also have an amazing experience.

• We kindly ask you to not take with you any item from the apartment, including equipment, decor objects, and linens. But feel free to use the filtered water, kitchen supplies and bath products, this is our special gift for a better experience during your stay!

• Did something break or went missing during your stay? Accidents happen to all of us and we’re sure we can work things out. Please contact us in case of broken or missing items so we can inform you about if specific fees and procedures apply.

• Stays above 7 days: We kindly ask you to water the plants once the soil starts to become dry. They need your love to continue to provide a fresh and lively environment!

• Personal belongings and valuables brought into the building are solely the responsibility of the guest. We, therefore, aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings that are stored inside the apartments and facilities. If after your departure, you believe you forgot something of your belonging inside one of our units, please contact us so we can help you locate it.

• Attention: It’s forbidden to manipulate the fire alarm or smoking systems, we also don’t allow guns of any type inside the building. The non-compliance to these rules is subject to a penalty fee.

Keep in mind that non-compliance to these guidelines might result in additional charges or even the cancellation of your booking.

Luggage Drop Guidelines:

• Baggage drop services are only available in selected units. Please contact the concierge for specific details about your unit.

• For your check-in or check-out, you can leave your luggage for up to 8 hours. Your luggage will be stored by us and you will receive a ticket that must be used to get your luggage again.

• Luggage drop is available only for guests.

• Please keep in mind that you are the only one responsible for your personal items. We can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings and luggage during your stay.

En caso de no haberlas recibido o no encontrarlas en el departamento, por favor comunícate con nuestro equipo de concierge, ya que el no seguir estas reglas puede incurrir en sanciones y/o multas. Podrás recibir hasta 2 (dos) visitantes (o staff) por estadía y todos, como los huéspedes, deben disponer de un ID oficial para mostrar antes de entrar. De lo contrario, se puede negar el acceso al departamento a los visitantes que no cumplan con dicho requisito, así como cobrar una penalidad de US $100 (cien dólares estadounidenses) más IVA, por evento, además de cualquier otra penalidad y obligación aplicable. En caso de requerir un mayor número de visitas en la propiedad, por favor contacta a nuestro equipo de concierge con aunque sea 24 horas de anticipación, de esta manera nuestro equipo de concierge podrá confirmarte la posibilidad; en caso de no avisar, un número superior de visitantes podrá incurrir en sanciones y multas. Las horas de Check-in 15:00h y check-out 11:00h, deben respetarse para evitar penalizaciones. Comunícate con tu concierge para solicitar un early check-in o un late check-out (sujeto a disponibilidad y costo adicional). Los muebles, blancos, tecnología, arte y accesorios de las propiedades deben permanecer dentro en todo momento, y el huésped, no puede retirarlos de las propiedades; dañarlos y/o cambiarlos te hará responsable de ello; una multa de US $300 (trescientos dólares estadounidenses) más IVA, puede generarse, además del costo de reposición del valor comercial (como nuevo) de cualquiera de los objetos dañados o perdidos. Las Propiedades son espacios 100% libres de humo, incluyendo los balcones. Se podrá generar una penalidad de US $500 (quinientos dólares estadounidenses) más IVA, por evento, además de cualquier otra penalidad y obligación aplicables para reparar e indemnizar al administrador de la propiedad por cualquier daño causado (incluyendo, sin limitación, el cobro de multas de condominio). No se permiten ruidos o sonidos altos entre las 22:00 y las 7:00 del día siguiente en las propiedades.
