Water facilities were excellent: two large pools just behind a well-maintained beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, plus a kids pool area and a "quiet pool" further inside the buildings. One of the big pools has about 7 water slides going into one end of it, a pool bar with cocktails, and quieter areas away from the slides. The other big pool is used mostly for activities and games, with a full program going on most of the day. The best part of the whole hotel is a restaurant on the beach, where you can eat your all-inclusive lunch with drinks. This is the only hotel in the immediate area with such a restaurant. Mini-golf course by front entrance. All-inclusive buffet was extensive, many choices. Clear water at the beach, and you can walk out 50m or more away from sand at low tide. Camel and horse rides offered (for a fee) along the beach.

Guests were mostly Russian and Eastern European plus some French mixed in, with almost no one speaking much English, so this made things somewhat uncomfortable in various ways. I've traveled in these regions before, and the all-inclusive buffet food was a bit weird and not so great. You walk into buffet and no one helps you figure out where to sit or offers you something to drink. Speaking of which, drinks were disappointing - for example, "fancy cocktails" at the pool turned out to be just mixes of red, green, blue, and yellow liquers in various ratios. And finally, they over-charged by one night by mistake, and could not seem to understand (or were unwilling?) to fix the problem despite numerous conversations. But hey, cool water slides. :)

nice hotel .. With a nice friendly staff .. Food was very good and delicious.. Pool very wonderful everything at hotel very nice. Nightclub was bored..and i make a lot of friends there .. so thank you for nice vacation

Hotel with Organized Theft by Hotel Personal

Pros: The Hotel had a very nice swimming pool, facilities, and location but all were NEVER utilized the best.
Cons: Every thing........................
During my last travel to several cities with my 6 people family members in Tunis, We usually rent 3 double rooms every time. I realized that this particular Caribbean World Hotel is no. 1 in their Organized Theft crimes from the tenant rooms. The organization starts from the Reception, Security, and Room Cleaning personal. The Reception provides the info to the Cleaning Personal that the particular room is departing Today. The cleaning people watch the hole ways for the time the tenant goes to Breakfast during which they go inside the room take some of the valuable things that are not obvious to the tenant and hide them in a certain place in the room. This is done on the departure day because tenant really does NOT have enough time to find out the stolen articles and even if found out, tenant does not have enough time to talk much about it to the reception as usually people are in a hurry to the Airport. Of course, after the tenant leaves they go and take the things they have hidden in the room. . The roll of the security is to pretend that he is ready to help you but he is only giving you none-sense talk. He had in fact refused to supply us with a List of all Electronic Key serial numbers that entered the room during our breakfast for only ½ hour time frame. He also tries to scare you if you may lose your temper and takes you away so that a seen is not made and other tenants do not see the occasion. No Manager nor Assistance was available for over 2.5 hours.
