Avoid at all costs. Hotel had a musky smell and had flies all over the room. There were stains on the furniture and urine stains on the toilet seat. The floor was goofy and the bed frame was broken. Did not stay walked out immediately. Raised concerns with the front desk and was simply told to try another room.

It is overall a great hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly, location i great also being right across the beach. It’s closer to the end of the strip so you don’t hear loud noises or cars at night. The only thing to note is the gym is very very basic and small, it’s good for some cardio but not very lift friendly.

We were woken up two mornings by drilling and hammering underneath our room in the lobby area ceiling. It went on for quite some time and when we were asked at checkout how our stat was, I mentioned it. The front desk staff member said she’s sorry to hear about that but that was it. Hotel is conveniently located but it needs some upgrades.

Great location! The hotel itself is pretty old and needs updates. Additionally the last morning the lights in my room 224 came on at 7 am in the middle of a deep sleep. The a/c and fan were still both running, so power wasn’t out and came back on. Very weird and strange occurrence.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful to us. The location is really good, plenty of restaurants, bars and right in front of the beach. The rooms were ok, they need a little updating especially the showers. Overall it was good and I would come back.

Amazing area and hotel! It is so fun there and loved being in the mix. An amazing location! LOVE South Beach- would recommend staying at this hotel- so worth it! Loved CVS next door- convenient. Only complaint is hallway was dirty- needs to be vacuumed. Otherwise, amazing place, wonderful for the price also!
