The staff was friendly, but difficult for a non-Spanish speaker to fully understand. The building is old, but I think they make a concerted effort at maintaining it and keeping it fresh. The only critique I have is that the owners should budget for better, sound proof glass for the windows in the rooms. We heard all commotion outside when trying to sleep.

My 3-star rating is to improve * Quality of breakfast * On our trip, unfortunately, it was very cold and we were told that the hotel did not have heating. A few space heaters as a backup would be useful. Other than that, everything worked out well for us.
