We booked a 2 queen with hide a bed, because there were 3 of us. When we went to pull out the bed, there were no extra sheets, pillows or blankets. I tried calling the front desk 4 times, no answer. I was ready to walk down there and my sister finally got someone to answer. We asked for beds waited half hour called again waited half hour Finally walked to the front desk and she called and told me they were on the way Finally showed up half hour later 😡

The headlining photo of this hotel is misleading - it's the dumpy building in the lower left corner. The whole hotel smelled like fried food from kitchen vents and my bathroom was not clean. The staff photocopied my ID and left the paper on their desk. I asked to have it back at check out, they said no problem. Upon checkout 10 hours later, they informed me the photocopy was torn up by hand and put into a trash can, but the trash had already been taken to the dumpster. The girl at the desk said it wasn't a big deal and assured me no one would be able to reassemble it. NOT a way to handle confidential information! Can't believe this place was $700.

Arrived at Hotel around 11:30 am and tried to get the room early and willing to pay extra fee. Was told no room was available and to check back in an hour. Came back, no room, waiting. Checks at 1pm, 1:30pm, 2:00, 2:30 and finally 3:05 ( which is guarantee time, they stated my room was still not cleaned, but they would give me a suite at no extra charge. Although the room was nice it was not worth the wait and they should have credited me the stay or at least a portion of it. The Hotel Lobby was chaos, with many upset customers. The lobby bar was not open and there was no place to eat. Understaffed for sure. Needed to use the safe and that broke and had to have maintenance get it open so I could get my passports and money out. Once it was fixed I was afraid to use it in case it did not open. It was old and should be replaced. Not many employees speak English, so that was challenging as well. Would not recommend.

Desayuno se veía desagradable, mucha gente, mal puesto, poca variedad, muy encimadas las cosas En el cuarto solo habían dos toallas grandes, marqué a la recepción, no contestaban, los elevadores tardaban mucho en subir y bajar. La caja fuerte no servía, tenía la batería baja.. EL GIMNASIO OLÍA A humedad , pocas máquinas no se antoja a hacer ahí ejercicio habían pelos en la regadera
