This place has it all...except for one recent policy change. Long term guest parking is no more. Guests who want to park a vehicle here can do so occasionally, but not a regular, daily basis. That being said...this is a spacious 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo w/ high ceilings overlooking lake. It's a fully furnished & decorated modern condo. Excellent layout: open kitchen w/ new appliances & wood cabinets. Sunset views on furnished outdoor balcony. Excellent layout: open kitchen w/ new appliances, dishwasher & wood cabinets, fully equipped. Living room with large screen 4k TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, master bedroom with large screen led TV and queen bed, two additional bedrooms with large screen TV's and queen beds, washer & dryer in unit. Guard gated community w/ 24 hr security, very close to Florida Turnpike. Dolphin Mall, International Mall, Cityplace, and Downtown Doral all within 10 min drive. 20 min from Airport, 25 min from downtown Miami, 30 min from South Beach. This is the place for an enjoyable stay!
