The property was magnificent with many pool options as restaurants. Great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We had an issue at check in where they moved us out of our room and never told us and we had no luggage brought to us for over 2 hours. The luggage was brought to the other room and we were still in the room initially assigned to us. Poor communication. Be prepared to spend a lot of Money if you plan on eating there. A chicken salad at the pool was $47! We ate outside of the hotel as there are many great options at less Then half the cost.

Unfortunately our sheets felt like there was sand in it. But we never went to the beach. The elevators in our building were absolutely terrible. Two didn’t work, the buttons on one panel didn’t work, the up and down button didn’t work on one side. We waited a minimum 10 minutes every time. And the whole reason we chose this property was for the main pool - which was closed the whole time we were here. If we would have been notified before, we would have changed hotels. Our servers for breakfast were SO SO WONDERFUL. And so was the check in service. I think Donovan was one of the names. The lobster toast was great.

The room was clean with no odors. Our room was a little further away from the main lobby than I liked but it was still AWESOME! I will definitely stay again....probably every time I visit Miami. Club LIV was ok because there's no seating unless you purchase an area which was ok but the talent coming on so late was too much for our group so we didnt get to see the performer 😭. All in all 10/10 recommend!

Rooms are OK but the hotel tries to charge you for every little thing. I had a package delivered to the hotel and they tried to charge me $15. My room was in the main building with Bay side windows. At night the street was very noisy. Windows don't really do much for the noise The beach next to the hotel is very nice. In general the hotel fees a little outdated and showing its age

this hotel was truly amazing. we arrived early in the morning and the room was ready. we didn't wait till 4 pm to get our room. very friendly staff and very nice hotel.

The resort itself was nice, but there was definitely a party vibe. The music was so incredibly loud that it was impossible to have a normal conversation or relax anywhere outside on the property. The only reprieve was to be on the beach itself. If you’re looking for a party scene this is it. If not, go somewhere else.
