Wasn't aware of the every other day cleaning policy. I would have taken out the trash myself and prevent the roaches we got as visitors. The room was spacious and good, breakfast was good. Overall visit was great with the exception of the house cleaning.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a great experience. Andruw & Another lady( dark skinned I’m so sorry I can’t recall her name mainly mid shift ) at the front desk was amazing — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was also fantastic. I especially enjoyed the variety and freshness of the options. I do have one small suggestion regarding the fruit station: during my stay, the selection was mostly oranges, apples, and bananas every day. It would be wonderful to see a bit more rotation, such as peaches, plums, or other seasonal fruits on some days. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the excellent service. Thank you!
