The staff at front desk is rude , room dirty , no Air conditioning even in this hot weather and when asked they had no answer , I checked out after one night , asked money back fir second night , the so called rude manager said to ask ‘kayak’ asked note to say that I left after one night and cannot stay there for second night they refused , dirty , filthy elevators , No towels for bath had to go to front desk and get it , horrible breakfast , people don’t say any greeting , don’t look at customers and only old bagels Hope Kayak do t se d any body to LaWuinta And reimburse my money back and making my trip terrible experience

The property appeared to be in horrible condition and the area looked unsafe. Upon walking in the check-in area, I walked right back out and checked into a new hotel. I did not stay there and do not suggest this location.

The worst experience! Mold on bathtub, hair in bed. Linens weren’t cleaned. The staff were rude and we didn’t even stay the second night. They wouldn’t refund us either. I’ll never stay there ever again.

This place is filthy. Do not stay there. The room stunk and smelled of mold. I told the clerk at the front and they did nothing. The next morning I had to ask for wash rags as the room had none. He went and got them with his dirty hands that he was eating with and licked them before going to get the wash rags. There was even roaches in the bathroom. This place should be shutdown. Very nasty and rude staff

Visible sign needs to be placed out front hotel is located in the back. We passed the hotel about 5ctimes before finding it.

Wasn’t too happy with the overall stay I had asked for extra pillows because I had a tummy tuck surgery was only given a total of four pillows, and there was two guest. They were not able to accommodate me because they said they were short on pillows, which made my stay kind of very uncomfortable with the fact that I had a tummy tuck also, the Internet was not working so we were not able to watch nothing on TV and the breakfast was kind of crappy Half of the staff spoke very little English so it was kinda hard to communicate with them and there was a guy who was putting flyers underneath the doors of the hotel guest every night. We bought some food from them later to find out that the staff at the hotel had posted a flyer at the front saying not to buy food from them because they are in illegal business cooking out of their garage or their home and we got sick to not feel good when I feel like they should’ve almost made it a top priority to put flyers underneath the doors of the guest not to buy food from them, so would not stay there again. In fact, I would like to get some money back.

The building is falling apart. It smells old and the room we stayed in had no working AC and no working television. For $170 per night they need to redo the entire hotel. Couldn’t find me reservation when I called and had a confirmation number. You’re better off at 1 of the other hotels by the airport u have nothing to lose. This one should honestly be $30 a night.

One night stay

It was a good experience I was able to extend my checkout time online without having to call the front desk that was really convenient. Clean spacious room. My only issue was with the plumbing the shower had a slight leak. Overall I would stay again.

The Male front desk staff are terrible and incompetent! They do not try to help you and they do not even understand English well. Also there were cops everyday outside the hotel. For the price it is not worth the stay
