Room was clean when we got there. We put our “please clean room” sign out at 9:00 am and were out until 2:30 but no one came to clean room. We could have used new towels. I don’t have any major complaints. Location is great and restaurant was good.

We booked a room with two beds. They would only give us a room with one bed. There was only towels for one person. The door would not lock, the bathroom window kept springing open. There was also a $36 a day resort fee. The free breakfast was limited to three choices.

If you need a mattress and nothing more. Then they have you covered. Toilet didn't work. No other rooms available. They had us dump water in toilet to flush. Trash can to get water. We asked to be compensated and was told no. They gave us a key for a room that couldn't be rented down hall for bathroom. Unreal....

Room and staff. The check was very poor and poor, unkind service. Restaurant was good and good, kind service. Location is great. Clean hotel but many things in room were broken. Tv, shower, phone (we had to disconnect due to beeping) were broken. Thermostat did not work to cool down room. The area is VERY loud until 3:00am.

View was partially obstructed by the trees. Service was friendly but not very helpful. Hidden fees were applied for the “resort”. Nothing was included in the fee, no breakfast, towels, parking, etc.
