Love it new construction, decorative detail as it shows on line, clean, sound proof, the neighborhood is where i use to live for over 10yrs. So it was amazing for me. Friendly neighborhood. Communication with host was fast, understanding, work with you to accommodate.

Dissatisfied

The house itself was very nice clean and organized. The neighborhood was definitely not what I expected. Not only was the home far from the activities we wanted to experience while visiting but we did not feel safe. We weren’t able to cancel due to it being after check in when we arrived. We didn’t even unpack and when expressed to the host that we wanted to cancel because it was after check-in he agreed, but never refunded my payment. It was a lot of drug addict activity going on outside of the home and I did not feel safe nor did my family. We are very disappointed in the customer service that the host has provided to us, he was very communicative up until I asked for him to cancel on his end.

Lovely Home

My friend and I stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. The property manager was quick with responses which we appreciated. The only down side to our stay was that there were no extra paper goods available to us. We were left with minimal amounts of toilet paper (half a roll in each bathroom) and paper towels which resulted in us having to go out and purchase more.

My wife booked the house for us- we usually stay in a motel and have to drive a distance to where we fish- this was closer, plus gave us plenty of living room- kitchen for our groceries and very comfortable beds to sleep in-

Helli,I wanted to thank you for a lovely stay—your home was very nice and we truly enjoyed our time there.I did want to offer a few suggestions that could help improve future guest experiences. It would be helpful to have additional rolls of toilet paper provided, as well as a few more kitchen accommodations like pots, pans, and dishwashing liquid. Additionally, having access to the washer and dryer would have been greatly appreciated.These amenities have typically been included in other properties we've rented, both in this area and elsewhere, and they make a big difference in comfort and convenience.Thanks again for hosting us!Best regards,T

nice place

was a quiet neighborhood. host was eager to let us check in early since we arrived early into the area. our only complaint was that the toilet in the main room was loose and the dishwasher didn't seem to be secured to the floor. Could have used a larger coffee pot since there was multiple coffee drinkers and only a small one cup at a time maker. we didn't find anymore paper towels to replace the roll that was finished. Could have used some dish towels to dry the dishes since we didn't feel comfortable about using the dishwasher or maybe a drain rack would be a nice add. Also a broom/dust pan somewhere would be nice too as for the condensation on the grass outside we did track in some dirt but we did our best to clean it up. Over all it was a nice place. I would recommend it for other adult groups.

Miami disappointment

Upon arriving after a long day of travel, we had no info on how to enter. After several minutes on a call with a VRBO agent, who somehow got the door code, we were able to enter. Attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful. 1 of 3 BR was locked. There was no info sheet about the property: WiFi, garbage, light switches
Amenities listed were absent: W/D, hair dryer. Also obvious needed items: bath mat, dish sponge and towels, toaster or toaster oven, auto dishwasher soap, dish drainer were absent and therefore purchased. Towel rack in one bath was not correctly installed, causing it to fall. My trip was erased from the app, so there was no simple way to contact him. Contacting VRBO to seek some remedy would have involved losing much time. We decided to “make the most of it”. It would appear that though “recently renovated “ it still needs more.
