Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the beach and 15 minute ride to south beach. Also about 20-25 minutes from the airport. Plumbing was a bit outdated and not much parking. Make sure to reserve a parking spot on their lot otherwise you’re left to find spots on street or pay crazy money to park in a garage.

Room was quiet and perfect location for Mid-Beach. Would have liked hot water but no issues with cleanliness of room, bedding, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

It takes a lot for me to complain or write a bad review but this needs to be said. Don't go by the photos for these rooms because thats not what you get. I wish i could post pictures i took. This place is very run down and dirty. From black mold in the shower, dirty non swept floors, and vents you can hear other people in thier rooms. I spent 3 days there and never once house keeping came in with fresh towels or toiletries. I got 2 bars of soap that were a little bigger than a quarter and one small pouch of shampoo. There was only two towels on the bed. One for the shower and a stripped one for the pool or beach i guess. No wash cloth or hand towl. Theres no thermostat or AC in the room. Only a vent with central air. So whatever they have it set at is what you get. Don't waste your money here.

Just say NO. this place is horrible!!! Old and out dated. Rooms are basic. No temperature control. No amenities. Couldn’t check in until 4 pm and only one person at the desk. Then they charged an extra $20 for “resort fees” - this is NOT a resort. Oh and we’re on the 3 rd floor and NO ELEVATOR. Do not stay here.

Rooms were disgusting. Not as advertised, no towels nothing. Would not stay there again.

Pathetic staff. There was no ‘cold, water in the bathrooms, furniture was in a pathetic condition. Although this might be one of the cheapest accommodation in the area but it’s 0 value for money if you take into account what you get for the money.
