The room was spacious and clean.The staff was nice and friendly! The check- in was chaotic. We got wet from the rain.It was very disappointing.Even though we paid very expensive valet parking.The hotel was very stingy.We didn't not get any complimentary bottled water in our room.Our room was on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator access. Carrying the luggage wasn't easy. The location is very nice .Thats the reason , I rated it good! The smoking outside the hotel was bothersome to us.The food was amazing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed — exactly what you want after a long day. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful, which really elevated the whole stay. Location is perfect as well — close to everything, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, service, and a great overall experience.

This hotel is very quaint with excellent vibes. They assisted wonderfully with an upgrade. Only downfall, was housekeeping (specifically in building 1) that consistently left us without towels and unswept floor for 4 days.

Overall we had an ok stay. The property is nice and very well located. Most staff went out of their way to assist with some issues. Special thanks to Jacintha and Tanesha. They were wonderful and really tried to resolve our issues. Our first room felt unsafe as it opened onto the staircase. So we asked for another room. We got a room which seemed ok at first. But there were issues. No consistent hot water. Water stream was slooooow....very slow. No working fan in the bathroom. And the door lock was not working. Maintenance came and tried to resolve the issues, however only the lock issue was resolved. Not perfectly, but at least we were able to lock the door. Two nights in a row we also had very loud music from neighbours. I think this hotel has good potential. Staff needs to work on resolving issues better. Manager gave us vouchers towards lunch. As we booked through third parties she could only offer a discount towards another stay within 1 year. She further informed us that the hotel is now under new management, so maybe they need to get used to managing it. Will we come back? Maybe.

Staff was amazing, and reactively accommodating. However, room we stayed in had some issues, there were no rags and towels when we got in the room, there was no hot water. Only cold, the phone did not work, could not control AC temperature, case for the soap dispenser was broken, so it was not able to dispense the shower gel. But I was told to always end on a positive note and I will say that the steak and the lamb chops we had downstairs were some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. Delicious. Brought up all of my issues to the manager who was nice enough to refund the valet parking we had paid for. I would have rather been comped a stay at a future date in order to form a newer and better opinion of the establishment, but it was a nice gesture nonetheless.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, including at check in and check out. Jesus by the pool really took care of me. My cleaning lady also made sure I had everything I needed including fresh towels and refill on coffee pods. This hotel is a very good bang for the buck! Excellent location on the strip. Good vibe around the pool and the rooftop pool. The music around the pool was lively, and I really enjoyed the live DJ Fadi one afternoon. Didn’t spend a ton of time in my room, as I was out and about a lot. Room had the basics. I’d like to see 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room upon arrival. The fitness centre could use a minor upgrade, as working out is a priority for many guests. I would stay at this hotel again. :)
