Good location.

We really liked the location. It’s South Beach for just far enough away from the craziness of Ocean Blvd. The room was nice and clean. It was nice having a parking garage just a block away. We liked walking to dinner at Ola just across the bridge.

Wlecome to Angie's world where dream are made of.

Our trip began with a phone call to verify our reservation. The young lady who answered the phone was very informative and to top it all extremely pleasant. Angie should bottled her skills and teach other front desk reservation personnel how handling a reservation and guest. Three cheers for Angie.

I don’t like to complain but there were enough wrong things that I needed to review this to help others. Location is cool and fantastic. Room was missing kitchen items…ie only a wine glass for a cup. I think there might be a mold problem in our room. I mentioned it at checkout. Both my husband and I woke up with allergy like problems which I normally never have. Finally unloading and parking was the worst. There is no parking at the place…must park on the street (no spots available) or around the corner paid parking in a garage. That is not clear, at all, in the description.

Hello Suzanne, thank you for your review. Limited metered parking is available at 2 per hour in our private lot. There are alternative parking options such as metered parking on adjacent streets for 4/hour and a parking garage located about a 3-minute walk away at 340 23rd Street (G12) for an hourly rate, if our lot is full. Please let the staff know of any issues, during your stay, so we can address it and make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback.

Overall the property is worn out ! Not well maintained. Broken tiles , homeless people living around within the property and not such great quality of interiors within the room. Due to the plantations there are also many insects !
