Apartment 12C is a 60 m² ground-floor unit at Sct. Knudsborg, at the Little Belt. Open lounge with sofa, dining table for 4, and an integrated kitchen — induction hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Moccamaster coffee machine. Two bedrooms (one double,
one bunk for two) and a full bathroom with shower. The private terrace faces wide lawns rolling to the beach steps — full sunsets over Båring Vig and the Little Belt.

The apartment and its private terrace are yours. The 25.000 m² natural plot, the shared lawn down to the beach, and the private beach steps are shared with other estate guests. Dedicated parking next to the apartment. Direct line to Martin, the owner, at any time.

Martin lives on the estate — about 4 minutes from your apartment on foot. He`s on call throughout your stay for questions, local recommendations, or help.

Sct. Knudsborg sits on the north coast of Funen, overlooking Båring Vig and the Little Belt. The estate`s private beach is just a few steps from the apartment. Brenderup village (4 km) has a bakery and grocery stores.
Middelfart and the Little Belt bridges are 18 km. Odense — Funen`s capital, Hans Christian Andersen`s birthplace, is 28 km away.
Quiet, coastal, and a 90-minute drive from Copenhagen via the bridges.

A car is the easiest way to explore the area — free private parking comes with the apartment. Brenderup village (4 km) is a short drive or a 30-minute walk; from there, regional buses run to Middelfart and Odense. The beach is in front via metal steps. Coastal cycle paths and walking routes start at the property boundary.

Bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels — duvets and pillows are provided. Power, water and
heating are included in the rate. On Saturdays, the main building 12A occasionally hosts private events with music in the early evening. Pets are welcome.

Leave the apartment tidy on departure — load the dishwasher & turn it ON - take out the bins, including the one in the bathroom.
