Upstairs, you’ll find the main open-plan living area, with panoramic picture windows that frame the coastline from Basham Beach to Port Elliot. Whether you`re whale watching in winter or soaking up sunshine in summer, this space offers the ultimate in relaxed luxury.

The primary king bedroom is finished with ocean views, plush carpeting, a walk-in robe, and split-system air conditioning to keep things comfortable year-round. It includes a private ensuite, plus a handy powder room on this level for added guest convenience.

Downstairs, the layout is ideal for families, with a second open-plan living, kitchen and dining space that flows directly to the front garden and beachfront beyond. Comfort is ensured with split system air conditioning. Enjoy meals with a view, lounge with the sea breeze, or step right out to the shoreline. This level includes one queen and two rooms, each set with singles. Please note, the top bunks pictured in bedrooms three and four are not available for guest use. The main bathroom and a full laundry complete the ground floor.

Out the back, a covered alfresco patio with outdoor dining, lounge seating and BBQ leads to a fully fenced backyard, making it safe for children to play. There`s also an outdoor shower and fire pit for gathering under the stars after a day in the surf or exploring nearby coastal trails.

Driveway parking is available for two cars. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please be mindful of local fire bans, as the fire pit is unavailable when restrictions are in place.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
