I will never stay at microtel again. It was worst stay I ever experienced. I left a day early. I do not recommend that anyone should stay at the microtel in Middletown NY

Good location. Place is in need of updating. Very noisy, need a deep cleaning. Stayed for three days, and beds were never changed or made. Trash can emptied only after request was made. Will not be back.

Customer service was so great .. got stuck from a snow storm and they waived my early check in fee .. I was traveling from out of state and I was so exhausted,. I was so grateful!! my room was ready and so clean and all my amenities was in place .. thank you ,, I will stay there again during my travels.

Not clean. First room
I was given wasn’t even made up. Second room the bathroom sink didn’t drain
