No cleaning service

We stayed from Aug 29 to Sept 1st and didn't receive maid service. I requested service on Aug 31 and came back to a dirt room. I was able to get clean towels from the front desk that evening. I paid over $450 for my stay and couldn't get my room serviced. Unacceptable!!

I asked just because it was SO clean and nice if it was a new hotel and it has been there 5 years. Extremely nice hotel with great staff and all the amenities a person could possibly need. Most definitely my go to now in Midland Tx.
