Beautiful location and lovely beach with good access from hotel and pool to beach. Pool was very good also. Food was excellent with a huge range of options, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and stay here if we were ever to come to Djerba again.

Beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water at low tide. Staff are incredibly helpful and work really hard. Property a little dated but would still recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wish the ventilation or AC worked better during this period.

Totally Misleading – This Place Is a Dump Do not let the photos fool you. This property looks nothing like what’s shown online. It’s much older, run down, and has a noticeable smell throughout — like there was a past sewage or water damage issue that never got handled properly. Rooms and facilities are outdated and absolutely not worth the price being charged. The place felt cheap, but with a high price tag — nothing about it matched the cost. Restaurant service was especially bad. If you speak English, prepare to be ignored or treated rudely. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like fresh food or service, and often got attitude or was flat-out refused until I found someone else to help. Drink machines barely worked, and when they did, they dispensed the bare minimum. If you don’t have a car or aren’t arriving on a tour bus, getting to the property is a headache. And once you're there, the surrounding area is a disaster. It’s literally full of trash and looks abandoned — not somewhere you'd want to explore or relax in. Bottom line: This was one of the worst value stays I’ve experienced. It’s overpriced, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented online. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent or quality experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very nice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be returning!

The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program

Rien Ă  redire sur l’établissement! Par contre nous avons dĂ» changĂ© de chambre l deuxiĂšme jour, en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre standard sans balcon sans terrasse 
pourtant nous avions rĂ©servĂ© avec petite terrasse ! La rĂ©ceptionniste trĂšs aimable Amina nous a expliquĂ© qu’Hotel. Com n’a pas prĂ©ciser et la rĂ©servation Ă©tait chambre standard. Heureusement que l’amabilitĂ© du personnel de rĂ©ception ont bien voulu nous satisfaire. Merci de bien vouloir nous dire d’oĂč vient cette erreur ? Autrement un lieu Ă  recommander, tout est extrait, animation , repas, bienveillance de tous le personnel et du staff ,,, cet endroit va nous manquer. Seul point nĂ©gatif le jus d’orange pressĂ© au petit dĂ©jeuner est payant 7 dinar DOMMAGE , car ce n’est pas prĂ©ciser dans tout compris !!!!

Jag blev vĂ€ldigt besviken pĂ„ mitt besök pĂ„ Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dĂ„ligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjĂ€lpa till. Ingen vĂ€lkomnande kĂ€nsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förvĂ€ntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvĂ€rr inte.
