The secure gated complex offers two communal pools, one with a separate children's pool. The nearest beach is located 3.5km away, Calanova Golf Club is just 700m from the complex and there is a choice of shops, bars and restaurants under 3km away. The apartment offers two parking spaces in the underground car park, hot & cold vented aircon, shutters in the bedrooms and free WIFI.
