Welcome to our lovely apartment located only a 5-minute walk from the beach of Royal Beach, Calahonda. The area around the apartment can be seen as an oasis that is perfect for family holidays, where you can walk to the beach, to Lidl in under 2 minutes, and to restaurants and bars in under 5 minutes. Some of the coast's most well-known Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) are close by, where you can dine in unique environments.



The Space:

Nearby, there are golf courses, tennis and, paddle lanes, walkways, and a gym for the active. The apartment consists of a large living room with a dining area and a nice balcony with a table, chairs, and a lovely view of the pool area and the green common garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of seating for nice family dinners. There are 2 bedrooms, where one has a nice double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The accommodation is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, WIFI, Swedish and International TV, and A / C in all rooms.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25y (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
