Appartement trĂšs beau mais pas reposant

Les photos correspondent bien Ă  l'appartement, trĂšs bien agencĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ©, avec piscine entretenue au quotidien, et face Ă  la mer (prĂ©voir chaussures car cailloux). Literie de bonne qualitĂ©, manque juste des oreillers car trop plat. Pas mal de rangement, prĂ©sence de VR roulants Ă©lectriques, Ă©quipement dans la cuisine. On n'entend pas la route. LĂ  oĂč nous sommes vraiment déçus : - Isolation phonique intĂ©rieure une catastrophe..... DĂšs 7h15, on en est rĂ©veillĂ© par le rĂ©veil au dessus, puis ça court, ça bouge les Ă©lĂ©ments, l'aspirateur et rebelote le soir. En gros, les voisins du dessus vous dictent vos heures de sommeil/repos, pas de voisin en dessous sur nos dates... - La propretĂ© de base trĂšs bien, mais douche dont l'Ă©vacuation est trĂšs lente, mon mari vĂ©rifie et nous supposons que ce n'est jamais nettoyĂ© vu ce qu'il a retirĂ©.... depuis ça Ă©vacue trĂšs bien, mais c'est Ă  nettoyer entre chaque location.... - Il faut respecter la faune, pas de problĂšme, on a eu quelques cucarachas (4), mais alors on veut bien tolĂ©rer quelques fourmis mais pas une fourmiliĂšre dans la cuisine... elles sortent du meuble MO mais aussi entre les meubles d'angles, on nettoie en supprimant les fourmis, 2h aprĂšs on est de nouveau envahi de fourmis, jusqu'Ă  en avoir dans le lave vaisselle et pas 2 ou 3.... Bref on est mitigĂ©, car au prix de la nuit, on aurait souhaitĂ© une meilleure qualitĂ© de repos entre nos visites sur le secteur.

Perfecte lokatie.Leuk en doelmatig ingericht.Terras buiten en het zeezicht zijn een topper.Boardwalk top.Restaurants sommige op loopafstand afstand,voor de wat luxere restaurants heb je een auto nodig.Dagelijkse boodschappen diverse lokaties dichtbij.Auto is een pre als je wat van de omgeving wil zien.

We spent two wonderful months in the apartment. The view is absolutely amazing. Priceless. The handover was smooth and the place was very clean. It had all the necessary equipment, crockery. We didn't miss anything. The location is well maintained with all amenities nearby. I would suggest that the main bathroom would be better with a walk in shower.There are nice deck chairs which are good for balcony but personally I found it uncomfortable to use it by the pool area. I recommend folding sunbeds.We 100% recommend this place and definitely will be coming back in future.

Lovely apartment in a great setting

The apartment is as stated and is a great place to stay. The whole process from booking to checking out was very easy with good communication from Hans and Belinda, who met us on site. The site is very close to the main road, which gave it very easy access and plenty of parking but you cant hear the road noise so that didn't affect the stay at all. The views overlooking the pool (which was very nice to swim in) and beach ( which is quite rocky) were gorgeous. There is a restaurant next door but very little noise from that so it wasn't an issue. The only down side was the noise from upstairs early in the morning 6.30/7amwith banging doors etc but during the night, it was very peaceful. The only thing that would put us off staying here again is the main road, which you have to use to drive anywhere and it is quite mental traffic-wise. Calahonda is a nice place but, for us, nt nice enough to return.

My husband and I love staying in the Calahonda area! We love going for long walks along the boardwalk and dining at the many restaurants in the area! This lovely condo offers beautiful views of the sea and it’s very comfortable with lots of plus! We veryenjoyed our 3 month star

Lovely apt and great location

The apt is lovely and the location is perfect - right on the beach. Superb views. Very good communication with the owners and their representative. Well equipped kitchen. 2 supermarkets within walking distance and several chiringuitos nearby too. Would recommend and return if ever in the area again.

Beautiful apartment in idylic location

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful sea front apartment and loved ever minute of it. We took our elderly parents and this apartment was perfect as it was on the boardwalk and sea front, therefore, very accessible for any age. The apartment is clean, modern and with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The views from the balcony are just amazing!! Lidl is less than 10 minutes walk, which was an absolute bonus. Communication from start to finish with Hans was brilliant and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fabulous apartment in great location

We’re a family of 4 with two teenage girls. The apartment was perfect for our week away. We know the area and have stayed many times over the years but we’re coming back for a week of chill. The apartment was perfect so close to a great beach bar and direct access to the beach and the coastal walkway. Wit was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We were looked after by Belinda really well. Would definitely recommend and love to go back one day.

Amazing place!

A wonderful apartment in a great location! Beautifully renovated with everything we needed for a family holiday with 2 young children. We wish we were still there! Communication with Hans, Tineke and Belinda was great and they are all lovely! We would happily return to this apartment for another holiday!
